Processing Times

1.1  All orders will be processed within 2 to 7 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.  (The time stated is based on Central Time (UTC -5).

Estimated Delivery time

2.1  The Standard courier delivery time frame is approximately 04-30 working days from the time of placing your order. Most items are delivered within 10-14 days. This applies only to all US deliveries. For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. More shipping options are available depending on the ordered item.

3.1   How can I track my delivery? Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track your orders here

4.1 If you do not receive your goods within 25 working days, please contact us for tracking information.
Please note, that most international delivery services do not consider items to be lost until 30 days have elapsed.

2.4  Shipping is FREE for all deliveries via Standard courier. More shipping options are available depending on the ordered item.  (Additional shipping fees apply for additional options)

Changing Shipping Address after confirming Order

2.5 Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed? Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

We currently deliver to the USA and Canada (you may be liable for import taxes).

Order arrives damaged

Please contact us as soon as possible. Once we have reviewed the damaged goods we will despatch a replacement or refund.
